Office hours at Biz Balance Pros are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 6 pm. During these hours, we are ready to receive your call and answer any questions. Contact outside of business hours is by appointment only.

Biz Balance Pros LLC currently operates out of a home-based office.  All consultations are held at a predetermined meeting place that will be decided at the time of contract signing. Group Learning Labs will be held at an advertised location as listed on the Learning Lab announcement and registration.

All custom consultations are charged on a weekly basis, paid one week in advance. You can start your consulting contract on any day of the week. Learning Labs will be billed in full before the start of the course (less any deposit paid). For billing questions, contact us at admin@bizbalancepros.com

Yes, there is a contract for most services, but the terms are reasonable.  Having a contract in place before consulting or Learning Labs begin protects both you and Biz Balance Pros, and helps both of communicate expectations clearly.  Consulting contracts will generally require a two-week cancellation notice.  Learning Labs cancellation policies will vary by course and will be clearly outlined at the time of registration.

Yes, of course! One-on-one Learning Labs are available to start at any time.  For small group Learning Labs, be on the lookout for upcoming dates and registration instructions.
